surgery date
I did it. I scheduled my surgery today. It will be on March 27th with Dr. Fischer in Baltimore, MD.
Now I just have to figure out how to pay for it... I had applied for a loan through my town credit union. My mom refused to co-sign for me saying "that maybe i should take this as a sign that what I am doing isn't meant to be". THe fact that I needed a co-signer is really shitty because my credit is REALLY GOOD. The problem is that I have no history of ever taking out a loan and paying it off. I only have school loans and my car and I am still paying on them.
I did get pre-approved through my bank though for enough money, its just that the interest rate is no where near what it would be through a credit union. My plan is to take out enough money to pay for surgery and consolidate my credit cards. by doing that... I should make out ok with affordable payments.
So now I really have to crack down on the gym! I had planned to loose another 20 lbs before my surgery and well that is now only 8 weeks away... my binders are getting kinda loose and i really should get another one to do the job better but with a definitive date set, i think i will just hold out and wear more baggy shirts. that isnt hard however because my cloths are fitting me comfortably loose now also.
so yea... wow it is set. I thought I would be excited... and I AM, but I'm more relieved than anything. Peaceful that this is finally moving forward.
