The morning Reid first said 'I love you' to Morgan, he did so as he passed him a cup of coffee, when the whole group were gathered to discuss a profile. It was so automatic that Reid didn't seem to realise what he'd done until everyone was looking at him, some surprised, and several distinctly not. He went a delightful shade of pink and began to stammer an explanation, but Morgan reached out and lightly touched his hand with his fingertips, smiling at him and silently communicating both appreciation and reciprocation. Even Hotch had a wry smile in place as he brought focus back to the profile.
