Now for my two cents...
I saw my dad yesterday. He was extremely excited to see Lindsey, myself, and our significant others, considering we were in California for 5 days. First thing he did... he called me over, and decided that he was going to kick me with his bad leg. Haha! What an improvement! He is actually moving his leg just enough to be a pain in my ass! :)
After some visiting with some extended family on my mom's side who came to visit him, Dad really wanted some Pizza. Wish granted. Lindsey and Josh went to go grab some pizza at our local favorite place, and we had a nice pizza dinner outside. He couldn't stop saying YUM! He literally said it like 40 times. HAHA!
We just were informed tonight that the Rehab center is going to let my Dad out for a day to go to my parents house. They are going to make arrangements to fix up my parents' house, so it is more wheelchair and handicap accessable/safe. So I'm pretty excited about that. Maybe he'll be home within a month!
Also, I talked to my mom. She had told me that he actually lifted his bad arm up and swatted at my sister with his arm. HAHA! More progress! WOO HOO! Keep 'em coming, old man!
