I'd e-mail them back, justify my side, AND ask for my money back if I were you. You have every right to complain. And of course, ask for your money back. =P
Calling ain't a bad idea either... If the company still gives you those kinds of replies, this calls for serious action. Why? Because you're the friggin' customer, and you paid to get your domain renewed for A YEAR, not three flipping months.
But we'll cross that bridge when we get there. It's best to be polite for now. =P
Tell them about it, not us! and getting your money back doesn't mean that you'll get screamager back. They must have registered the domain for that company, and another company can't do anything about that
If the guy hasn't got his paws on their back-ups yet, then there should be a piece of what you lost (screamager... to put it more simple) in their databases. And perhaps calling Huub will do more than trading e-mails with this Wim guy... because Wim's a jerk. I'd let my mother do that if I were you. You have their phonenumbers, right? Of both of them?
So THAT'S what happened to Screamager... I've been wondering why that page kept appearing.
If there's absolutely no hope in getting it back online, they should at least give you back your money. You should definitely call them, because that way it'll be harder not to pay attention to you.
Good luck. <3 I wouldn't mind hosting some of your projects either. :)
