R.I.P. SCREAMAGER PART TWO
Oh, I have more news. This is better than all the soaps on tv.
So I emailed the company yesterday because Phoenix, Aya and Saiya persuaded me to do that.
We made a very very very long email with lots of reasons in it why they just can't take away my domain like that.
They send back a one sentence long email saying this:
Dear,
This domain should have been paid on 12/29/2004 and 3/2/2005 is just a little late.
Sincerely,
Uuuh WTF?
*I got a reminder that I had to pay for my domain on 10 January.
*I got an approval mail.
*Why did they take my domain offline after three months?
*Couldn't they give me some kind of warning email because I lost some of my files.
*I didn't pay it on 3 February. THAT'S WHEN I GOT THE APPROVAL MAIL, MORON!
This is just rude and mean. I don't know what to do now. Should I send them back an email saying that this isn't true blabla and give them more reasons why they should get my domain back online. Should I send them an email saying that this isn't fair and ask my money back?
Or should I call them?
