Men of Silk
xwulfe was kind enough to ask me out for the exhibition. Guess we were just bored stiff. Met 7.30pm @ City Hall. And we were both on-time! Cool...!!! Haha i'm usually late so its nice to be early on occasion :)
We have hours to spare since XW meeting his buddies much later for clubbing. And who in their right mind will pop by the clubs too early?
Made our way across Suntec, all the time browsing for suitable sustenance. In the end, we pop over to Millenia Walk. The Bakerzin outlet is usually not too crowded.
Spent some time pondering on what to order. Bakerzin revamped their menu... gone were the Seafood Crayfish pasta for Two. I kinda miss that actually.... Fresh crayfish... yummy!
Now they have set dinners too @ $19.80+++. It comes with a main, a beverage and 2 mini-dessert tapas. Astute of them. At least customers wun complain about not being served water with the beverage thrown into the set.
Ham / Mushroom Flaky pizza! Yeah i love the flaky-crust pizza and surprisingly i think they increase the portion servings. It was MUCH smaller last time. And best of all, i get free mushrooms since XW tossed all of his to me :)
Mine was just the same-ol' rich creamy ham / bacon penne.
It was pretty worthwhile, especially with the 2 mini-tapas. Sinful~~ *slurpz*
Considering its still early, we nua-ed at HMV b4 popping down to Mox round 11-ish. And yeah, his friends only made an appearence round 1130 (when they were supposed to meet at 1030). Hmmm _coldsilver_ from my old unit.... the god-forsaken camp it is *shudders*
The exhibits themselves weren't too impressive.... Anyone with knowledge of SLR cameras should be able to capture similar shots.
Parted ways shortly and bumped into ultralord & calm21 outside Mox. They were sauntering over to catch a night rider after KTV and trying to shop for guys meanwhile (or get shopped by them, depending on perspective). So coincidental since i just bumped into them merely a wk back. And yeah the million-dollar jacket looks good but why get a bigger size? Not like ultra is gonna still be growing. Er-hur~~! Chatted and set a date for a meal b4 school starts, i popped back home via the MRT *Stretches*
