I've been trying to do a backup on my new laptop for days. It keeps 'reminding' me to burn a restore disc. I keep trying. It tells me I need 4 DVDs to do the backup ( Read more... )

My ex gave me a Hackintosh and maybe that would be the best use for that case.

The problem is, the software I'll need to run is Windows-based only, which is why I had to buy the damn laptop in the first place. Installing the Mac OS on there wouldn't solve a thing. I wish, but no such luck.

If I can get away with using my MacBook, trust me, I will. But, I think that for some things, I'm going to be stuck with Windows.
