760. lame post is lame

I feel like I've forgotten how to blog.

A lot of times I'll tell myself to remember to write a post about something that's going on or that has happened, and then if/when I log in to do it, my mind just doesn't work the way I want it to and either a post never happens or it's just . . . meh.

I'm having the same issue. Stop posting for awhile and suddenly I don't know what to say anymore. I was just now scrolling through my flist just trying to find something that wasn't fic. In about 100 posts, yours is one of two that was an actual post. Is it wrong that I want to stay in contact with people and yet I don't have much interest in fic right now?

I think the problem is that too many people have left LJ for general journaling/socializing purposes, but still use it for creative endeavors like fic or graphics. It's sad that I'm not even sure who some of the people on my flist even really are anymore.
