(no subject)
Just was chatting with daughter in China. She landed safely and has even set up a blog. There is a 12 hour difference. She was sitting in a cafe. She said that Wikipedia is blocked from there. There was a message she tried to send me that wouldn't come through on the chat MSN. She thought that might be censors.
She has been able to extend her visa from 3 months to 5 months. I guess that's the procedure. You get a visa and then get there. After that you negotiate an extended visa. She was hoping for 12 months but seems pretty satisfied with 5.
I'm cross posting this here mostly because I'm not sure if all of my fam looks at my web site. Very nice to hear from the daughter in China.
