Just have to vent, then I'll be okay.
I HATE politics.
And I hate this situation we are in: The losing side must step back and let the winning side take over...THAT I don't have a problem with, but what I DO have a problem with is those people who try to rub it in the other side's face, like that particular individual has accomplished something on his/her own.
I never publically voice my opinion for of fear of being torn to shreds, but this is ridiculous. I know I shouldn't get so bent out of shape about it because there's nothing I can do to change the situation, but this has been the most racist, one-sided, unobjective elections in recent history, and it really urks me that people are gloating over a victory that was SO freaking close.
That is my politics speech. No more from me. There...I feel better. This post is not intended to get anyone fired up...I am merely getting an issue off my chest so I am not so annoyed when I'm around other people, because I don't want to talk about it anymore.
