 I had my gym bag in my car for 2 weeks, and yseterday I finally made it to the gym.  I went the kickboxing cardio class yesterday.  I've done another kickboxing or taebo class before, and I remember it kicked my ass.  I couldn't keep up for the whole class.  But I thought the one I went to yesterday wasn't that bad.  I think the Taebo advanced workout is harder.  I don't think it's that I'm in better shape, cause I don't keep up with my workouts consistently.  Anyway, we didn't do a lot of kicks or legs.  The only hard part was the last 10 minutes when we did squats and push ups.  I can't do push ups.

I am sore on my back today, though, from all the punches we did.  I really did have fun in the class yesterday.  I do enjoy working out once I'm there.  The problem is getting myself there.  I can always find a million reasons not to go, or find other things to do.  But once I'm there, the workout is fine.  The feeling of the adrenaline rush.  I need to be better about going to the gym.
