Something extremely weird is happening. Depression is setting in again. The weird part is not that I'm depressed... it's that I went a very long time without being depressed and now it's back again. By depressed, I mean the constant psychological state... not just getting sad/upset for a couple hours and then moving on (which I've done several times in the past couple years, without it turning into depression).
So, when you're sitting on the couch and suddenly you feel that soft grey blanket of melancholy wrap around you, what do you do?
How to you prevent a full-fledged attack of depression?
