That's my neck/shoulder/clavicle area. It actually has mini-scabs where the backpack strap rubbed against my skin.
The plan was 4.9 miles from the train station home, but I got lost and did 6.
In other news, I now own a foam roller which I promptly used to roll the knots out of my ITB this morning, seconds after taking it from the postie's hands.
