Old-fashioned, copper-based phone line from good ol' Ma Bell? FAILED.
Cell phone in shirt pocke....damn, left the stupid thing plugged in to the charger on my desk at the office. FAILED.
Loud clunking noise in the house last night that I couldn't figure out what caused it? Soffit-type thingy formerly holding the light over the kitchen sink is now hanging by a wire...FAILED.
Fortunately, all happened before midnight, so if I get stuck in a Bill Murray-esque Groundhog Day time loop, they won't be happening over and over and over and over again (though having to call AT&T even once, never mind every day, is more than a bit horrifying).
