Merry Merry Christmas
So, LOOOOONNNNGGGGG time no update. I just haven't been in the mood to update this thing! I've also not been around much because of Uni, exams, moving... all that fun stuff. I am now living in a new place and hopefully this will be my last move while away at University.
Oh, and bring up exams, I did good, Praise Jesus... better than expected. I was blown away by the mark I got in Michael Nolan's class. All year everybody in the class was getting dirt low marks. My highest mark all year was 61%... I came out having a 63% in the course... I musta shined on that final exam, which I hated! other than that, I am very excited that I got 84% in Stage Craft/Video Tech... fun course, fun times, group work, video making, backstage work... Oh the joys of being a theater student!
Oh oh, and let's not forget it's soon Christmas. 3 MORE SLEEPS. I am so excited. Don't get me wrong now, I am not a greedy gift-hungry guy, I am excited because I wanna see the expression on my 5 year old brother's face. I am actually more excited about him opening the gift I got for him than me opening my gifts. So, it being so close to Christmas that means I am home for the holidays... how I hate the sweets that the holidays brings. I can't wait to get back to St. John's and hit that gym.
Oh, and on a final note, AWESOME youth service at church tonight... I don't wanna leave :-( The group is growing so big and going back to St. John's means missing out on something out here. We did a drama tonight and I played the part of someone who was shunned for being a Christian, it was a fun part to play. I was being made fun of by these two girls and they pushed me down. Gotta love playing the dramatics of being pushed and hurt. But yeah, I was surprised because after the drama was over the leader, Chuck, came up to me and didn't stop complimenting me on how well the drama was done. Des and I were quite happy with ourselves seeing as we both had a part to play in creating the thing. Also, my cousin told Chuck (who is our youth leader) that we have a visitor here tonight (meaning me) and Chuck said that I'll never be considered a visitor no matter how long I go away for... Felt nice knowing I was always gonna be considered a part of that church family no matter what! I wanna pick up my Church and it's members and bring to St. John's with me... is that possible? lol...
Anyway, guess that's it for me...
