I can't wait to be in China. Notice that I said "be in" and not "go to" because the "go to" part requires being on an airplane for a long long time. I hate flying. There is something about it that is so unnatural. How can a heavy piece of metal stay in the air? I know it can and that flying is statistically the safest way to travel, but it just doesn't feel right. I can't say that knowing someone who died in a crash recently makes me feel any safer about it. But whatever, there is no other option so I will just have to sit down and bare it for however many hours. I think the solution is to get partially hammered before you get on board.

Also if that isn't bad enough Nick wants to travel when we are in China. This requires getting on a Chinese domestic flight which makes me nervous because who knows what kinds of safety inspections these planes go through. But whatever, I will probably get on that plane too.

Then on the 12th of April I will take two flights home, be home for three weeks, and then take two more flights to get to Richmond. I also can't wait to "be in" Richmond!
