Holy air conditioning, Batman! It is nice to be back on US soil. I got in late last night. And then I slept in. And then I went to yoga and felt like I was going to die, but I think I sweat out most of the residual DEET. And then, yes, I went to get a pedicure. That nice lady spent most of the time scraping cement out from under my toenails.
Did you know that wet cement will eat away nail polish on your toenails? It will. It also makes your feet burnnnnn. Also: dead tarantulas are just as scary as live tarantulas if you don't know they're dead and even then they're kind of scary. Also, you can totally con a nice church lady into killing a tarantula if you stand on a chair and scream "HIT IT HIT THE DAMN THING FOR THE LOVE OF GOD MAKE IT DIE" long enough.
I slept ten hours last night and I'm getting ready to go to bed again. But first I hate to catch up on some TV. I NEED MY WEEKLY DOSE OF DISTURBING VAMPIRE SEX.
