In my weekly update, I said that I thought I had something to ask but couldn’t remember what it was. Well, I was just painfully reminded. I’m having some intermittent, but very unpleasant, cervical pain. It feels like the baby is trying to punch her way through my cervix and make her escape. I have the same feeling. I'm 35 weeks now. I've been trying to describe the pain to my husband, and the only way that I can describe it to him is "being punched in the cervix" lol. My doctor told me that it was the baby getting into position and getting ready. OUCHHH.

I call it the vagina lightning bolt pain, lol.

Yeah, that's exactly what I told my husband. He got all worried and wanted me to call my midwife, but I told him I wanted to ask you guys first. That's part of what I love about this community; if y'all weren't here to answer questions, I'd probably be on the phone with my midwife every other day. LOL.
