There is snow on the ground. Again. UGH! But its not stuck to the roads so I can still drive places and that makes it ok.
I've been doing a lot of commercial voice-overs lately. I've consequently been told by both program directors that I have a good voice and should be on the air. Crazy. Still not my cup o'tea, but it is flattering to hear that you're good at something.
Tomorrow is THE DAY. Yes, kids. I will be 24 years old. I've almost reached the quarter of a century mark. Frighteningly enough... I'm quite proud of where I am. I thought when you were 20something you were supposed to be angry and confused at the world because you haven't found yourself, but... here I am. Job I love, friends I love, a great place to live (though a bit in the ghetto), everythings going ok. Amazing. Is this my karma for all the crap I've dealt with? I like it.
Today is my birthday lunch at work. I've told everyone that they must join me to celebrate... me... at Kyoto today. Birthday sushi. I wonder if they'll put a candle in a California Roll for me... Then tomorrow is my family birthday lunch at Red Lobster. Ah, family. Then tomorrow night.... party!!! If it is snowing, I still expect attendance. Don't hurt yourselves or anything, but... c'mon.
