Good Workout Today

Hey guys! I was thinking today that working out in the evening might not work for me. I did a yoga workout last night and was so sleepy so it made me doubt doing it again. Then this evening I did a combo workout of: 10 Minute Trainer - Abs, 10 Minute Trainer - Yoga Flex and 10 Minute Trainer - Cardio. I gotta say -- I'm feeling pretty darned good right now. That was a great and satisfying workout!

I have been feeling really good about eating better and this evening I got my Fixate Cookbook so I'm looking forward to diving in to that and seeing what all I can make now!

I should get my Shakeology tomorrow so I can start making shakes for Friday morning. I'll let you guys know how that goes. It has a LOT of amazing stuff in it -- unfortunately sometimes that means it tastes bad. HAHAHA We'll see!

My new job is going ok! There's a LOT going on before classes start! I'm basically in charge of the visiting professors so I'm the Nanny to them. Getting all of their stuff in order, telling them who their assistant is, posting their syllabi, getting their parking passes, etc. There are more this semester than there ever has been in the past. I guess I'll just take it as good practice.

I've been talking to several of the departments I work closely with and we are all excited about new systems I am going to put into place to get things running more smoothly and so there is a better exchange of information. I'm really looking forward to getting more established.
