Braces Update!
Hello everyone!! Well, my first braces adjustment was supposed to be the day before Valentine's Day but the snowstorm made sure that didn't happen, so it was rescheduled for this past Thursday. Have I mentioned lately that I love my dentist's office? The orthodontist actually commutes between offices, like I used to do a couple days a week when I worked at my last job. I was thoroughly impressed that I didn't even have a chance to call to reschedule my appointment because the assistant, Annette, who always works on me called ME personally to reset my appointment. What? That never happens!! Color me impressed!
As for the actual adjustment, basically they just change out or readjust wires to keep things moving along. I've actually seen some progress already, so that's really exciting to me! I got green spacers this time so it's a bit more bright and lively than the purple but I'll have them through St Patrick's Day so I thought it was appropriate. hehehe
Thankfully, I haven't really had much pain or discomfort so far in this process! It takes me longer to eat now but I probably need that anyways. HAHAHA
I'm sure you guys don't want pictures of my teeth but I am documenting the process so maybe at the end of all things, I'll make a post of what my teeth looked like from month to month throughout to the end product.
