Numb3rs Fandom Appreciation Week!!!
Love it or hate it, Valentine's day is an annual reminder to share some love... and for us, that means bringing back the love for our Numb3rs fandom!
I invite Numb3rs fans, veteran or new, ONE AND ALL, to join us for Numb3rs Fandom Appreciation Week!
The week will be hosted by we_are_numb3rs because WE ARE NUMB3RS and it's up to us as fans to breathe love and joy into our fandom, to hold on to what was wonderful about our show, and to remember what brought us all together in the first place!
Join the community and help us in the celebration of what was and is a lovely, albeit small, community of Numb3rs fans.
The schedule of events for the week includes:
Monday February 14th: Picspams! We've got volunteers to get the party started but we encourage anyone and everyone to bring their favorite characters for one hot Valentine's date!
Tuesday February 15th: Rec, rec, rec! Bring your favorite fic, video, art, author, artist to the party and show off what made you love Numb3rs fandom! All genres welcome!
Wednesday February 16th: 5 Things Meme... join us for some fun by leaving a comment to the thread with a situation you'd like to see your favorite character in and invite someone to answer with 5 things to meet your needs!
Thursday February 17th: Pimp yourself! Got fic or art you're particularly proud of? Wave your Numb3rs fan flag proudly and let us know! Mod a Numb3rs community or website you love? Share that love and tell us about it!
Friday February 18th: It's a FREE FOR ALL! Post anything and everything you'd like to share that spreads the LOVE for Numb3rs and the fandom. There may even be a friending meme so we can see who is still present and accounted for, meet and encourage new fans of the show who came in late, and again just SHARE THE LOVE.
It can be a big, nasty, violent old world, and our favorite FBI fed cakes and Cal Sci professors are often hip-deep in it. But over here, starting this Valentine's Day, let's take the time to spread a little love. It can go a long way.
