Busy evening
Cooking, laundry and ballgame on radio. Everything is going here at my humble apartment. Thank God tomorrow is Thursday. My Friday. :-)
Reading my e-mails I hear my fav MLB player, Steve Finley is on the DL. Did hell freeze over? He's never on the DL. At least the whole time with the Diamondbacks. He's on the 15 day DL with a shoulder strain. I hope he gets better soon.
Another e-mail I got was from the Duran Duran website. They said I could win a phone call from the band. There's 5 members in the group. Do they all call me at once? Hate to break it to you guys, but I don't have 6 way calling. I can also win a guitar. But I don't play. Anymore that is. I wonder if the band signs it. That would be cool.
Well another busy day. They keep me busy there. Like I'm not busy enough. As I was filling out a header sheet for a batch of claims, I put the new supervisors initials on there as being the person reviewing them. What's funny is his initials are BS. It's so fitting.
I just heard that there are some brush fires going somewhere. Thank God I live in the city. Hopefully it's not like that Rodeo/ Chedeski fire. My sister took a trip over there after the fire. She said it looked bad. Well nevertheless I hope nothing is lost like homes and people in the homes and of course being the lover of animals I hope the wildlife isn't killed off.
