Steve Irwin, formerly known as "The Crocodile Hunter" from Australia....is....DEAD!!!!!

A while ago, I signed on to AOL.com to check my e-mail, and I saw the headline. I quickly clicked on it, only to read the sad news that THE Crocodile Hunter died because he was stung in his heart. He was filming a new series for "The Ocean's Deadliest" on the Great Barrier Reef and he went over a stingray, which lifted up its barbed tail and pierced him right in his heart. He was rushed to the hospital, but he was pronounced dead there. He died at 44 years of age, which is not very old at all.
When I read that, my heart actually sank. I felt SO BAD because for the past few years I tuned in to his shows and I actually liked him. I loved watching him wrestle crocs and put them in the sleeper hold. I mean, WHO CAN REALLY PUT A CROC TO SLEEP WITHOUT A TRANQUILIZER GUN???!!! That's hott!!! HE WAS SO COOL!!!! (sigh) Now, he leaves behind his wife and children, and not to mention, his millions of fans and imitators around the world. The Animal Planet and Discovery Zone will never be the same again.
I know you're probably saying to yourself, "It really is NOT that serious!!!!", but it is to me because it's like, how do you watch someone on tv for so long and then come to find out that they die? He was a role model for so many people.
If there's anything to learn from this, I think it would be to value life and not take it for granted because you never when your time to go will be. This is not to scare you, but to just remind you that life is precious and you have to make the best of the time you have here on earth.
