I am posting this now, as I will not be posting again before Christmas - hope you all have a wonderful holiday season, whatever holiday you celebrate! In my case, we are celebrating Christmas with my parents, followed by time spent with my sisters and their families, and my husband's family. Christmas is my favorite time of year. I just love it!
Anyway, the big news is that James Marsters AND Ghost of the Robot will be coming to Moonlight Rising next June, and I am SO happy that I got the tickets for gamiila and calove and myself when I did. I suspect that the ticket sales (ditto the hotel reservations) will now go through the roof, because this is James' only East Coast convention appearance next year, and GotR's East Coast debut. In fact, James is only scheduled for TWO conventions in the States next year, and we are going to be at one of them! Oh happy day!!!
I have our reservations at Split Rock all set. Now it's just a matter of getting the concert tickets for Common Rotation and GotR when they go on sale, and photo shoot tickets for James. Man, I can hardly wait for June! It's going to be absolutely awesome - especially being with Cass and Gamiila. We are going to do other stuff either before or after the con - probably NYC, and I told Cass we should go to the Bronx Zoo, since I'm a member and we can use my passes and stuff.

Christmas is almost here, I am in pretty good shape as far as being ready (well, there IS that niggling little detail about not having my cards done yet, but I will - I promise!), and things are going well. So, I thank God for the good things I have, the wonderful husband and son I am blessed with, the family and friends I have, and I say Merry Christmas and a very Happy New Year to everyone.
