I'm a little iffy on Dean's characterization, but given the circumstances of the story it's a niggling thing that's easy to ignore.

Sam and Dean explore their relationship as it burgeons into something they've both been craving and which neither of them regrets.
Note: One of those idyllic summer-type of fics that feels like a dream before reality comes crashing back.

Also, the soundtrack to the Apocalypse sucks.
Note: If you haven't read this, then either you've been living under a rock or you're a horribly deprived child. While I'm mildly perturbed over Dean's characterization near the end, the whole thing overall is so freaking awesome that I don't care. Lol'd, would lol again.
