So the holidays are over and things are getting back to normal.
School is starting next week. My classes start on Tuesday. I'm only going on Tuesdays and Thursdays but they are long days. 3 classes on Tuesday and 4 classes on Thursday. And I've had to change my shedule 3 different times! One was already full, and two got cancelled. One just got cancelled yesterday and I had to search to find a class to fill the spot. It was hard. There was only one class I found to fill the spot. But I was lucky, God looks after me :)
Work was slow today. Only 7 kids. Normally there are 12 to 16 kids a day. No, we didn't have a snow day although every other school did. Starting next week I will only be working 3 days a week, but they will be all day. 7:30 to 5:30.
But thats ok, I like my job. The people who work there are great and the kids are really cute. Alot of them choose their favorite teachers, and me and this other girl, Maria, are most of the kids favorites. It makes you fell good, it shows that your doing a good job.
This weekend Joe, Tom, Nikki, and I are going up to Sault Saint Marie. We are leaving tomorrow morning and will get back home Sunday sometime. It'll be fun. We are going up to Tom's aunt and uncles place. We went up there in the summer for our road trip and they were so nice. They told us to come up whenever we wanted to, so we decided to go in the winter to see the snow up there. And also go before our hectic school schedules start up again. I'm excited :)
Christmas and New Years was fun. Christmas with family and New years with friends. I took a friend from church and I think he had a pretty good time there :) He knew some of the people there because he works with a few of them during the summer. We all went over Julias house. I ended up spending from Friday 6:30pm to Midnight on Saturday night. I love spending time with my friends. I think we have a very close knit group of friends, and I feel very lucky to have them.
