yesterday, i had a fight with glen. again. this time, he wanted me to personally deliver a (personally purchased) laptop to some powerful nun in the chapel. i said "no! thats not my job." this prompted him to lecture me about being DoITs bitch boy. and today we spent half the meeting discussing the university's MISSION STATEMENT, like i was just being hired. that my responses need to be "kinder." (what the fuck do you want, emoticons and lollipops?! im professional in my emails.) whatever, digressing. in the middle of my lecture yesterday, he tells me that i need to "not explode." which i didnt. but basically he told me i have to not be so animated. >.>
then i go home, and (foolishly) decided to have a conversation with my mother. she tells me, and im paraphrasing this next part... that i am a BIG FLAMING MO. thats right. im "TOO GAY." apparently, the way i walk, talk, dress, act, and wear my hair are all proverbial rainbow pride flags that i use to flaunt my socially unacceptable FAGGOTRY.
"you walk around and act like you dont care who knows you're gay."
"and the problem with that is.....?"
basically, the fact that im comfortable with myself and who i am is the reason my life is so pathetic. and because my life is so pathetic, i have to be the household bitch. (and work bitch!) so reeeaaallllyyyyy im everyone's bitch because im gay. something is wrong with this i think.
and in other (really gay) news, i spent the night at daniel's again last night. this time it was just the two of us. and we had such a good time. we watched reality TV all night, then watched some of sweeney todd, and... well we had fun. :) i woke up to the most beautiful view of aventura, beautiful day, sun shining, birds chirping.... feeling loved and stuff. then i came into work and shit all over it.
but whatever, i am in a good mood today. and i dont care who doesnt like me because im.... too gay. i wont anyone to change for me, and i expect the same. especially from my mother. even though i came out almost 6 years ago, its nice to know what they really think. haha.
here's what i just heard in the office:
"winners never quit, and quitters never win."
"isnt it the other way around?"
i wanted to jump in and say
"Really? and how would the other way around sound?"
random.
all good. back to pointless, degrading, hardly being paid for working work.
