Well a lot of things have happened since I last posted, but I'm mostly just posting because I just have a whole mess of emotions right now that I don't quite know how to deal with

Hey boo, I wish I had some comforting words to tell you.. I feel guilty about the grandma thing mostly because I don't seem to be taking it quite as hard as the rest of the family.. I think because I accepted this long ago.. I remember a couple summers ago when we were planning on making a trip to Royce Week during CWC and Emily said "grandma's on her last legs" and all... it was then that I really began to accept the fact that she would not be with us for long. It's perfectly acceptable for you to be so broken up about this, and at odd moments, because there's not really an "appropriate" time for one to handle this sort of situation.. I don't think there's anything wrong with you.
As for the "boy" thing... I feel like the best course of action would be to tell him. Maybe in an email or something. It might help a lot to get it off your chest. Especially to him. You might (probably) won't get the sort of reaction you're hoping for, but at least you'd get that all out of your system and be able to move on, at least a little. I mean, I've been there with the same guy, even. It's not a fun thing, and unfortunately, you'll be learning a lot about that in your coming years, but it helps to get these sort of things out in the open, no matter what kind of reaction you get. It's always helpful in the long run.
