Last night it rained properly for the first time since spring started!
It was lovely to wake up to the smell of rain, I hope that the weather remains overcast and rainy for the rest of the week.
It has been swelteringly hot lately - when I catch my bus at 6am the temperature is already about 84°F.
It made returning to work on Monday after a two week break extremely painful so I am very grateful for the rain.
