I made home made soft pretzels from the Alton Brown recipe, and they came out wonderfully. Still, two hours prep and baking, and they were GONE in two snaps flat. Sooooo nummy so hot and fresh out of the oven!
My darling husband, who fished the pretzels out of the boiling water and put them on the baking sheet for me, and provided a good deal of kibitzing, wants to try this experiment again soon.
I think I'll need to whip up a double or triple batch.
