Some Info
So, as some of you may or may not know, I recently got a new job. I found it on the Texas A&M job board:

Anyways, I found it there. It is with the Bat Conservation International, and they have study sites in Somerset and Lock Haven PA. I got the Somerset position; the study site is located in Casselman, PA which is about 25-30 minutes from Donegal. The actual job is working with bats (and birds, I assume) and trying to figure out how/why they end up getting killed by wind turbines and then trying to test deterrant methods to stop them. It sounds awesome and should be pretty interesting, not to mention close to my FAVORITE area in the world, so I am very excited. Another thing that is even MORE exciting is the housing situation. I found this all out today; up until now I assumed there would be some place for us in Casselman (which looks like a 5 street town). Today they emailed me some information and I learned that the housing is a condo/townhouse at Hidden Valley! How sweet is that? They sent a map with the location and the houses (there are 3) are located just above the "bowl" area on the right hand side of the front face of the resort. I remember looking at those places last winter when we were up there for the free days and we also biked through them back in the glorious summer of 2005. It'll be SWEET to live up there!! I can't even put into words how excited I am. Even more exciting is that I am not paying for it, they take care of it.
Anyways, there are 3 condos to house 8 workers (i think). They gave addresses for two of them and I found one of them on some real estate site:

So that is one of them, and I'm assuming the other two are very similar. It's a 3 bedroom, so I'm thinking that I will get my own room. This'll be so nice. Either way, Hidden Valley has a new bike park and Seven Springs is nearby. I think that I am going to get a season pass for Seven Springs park tomorrow (payday!). It will serve me well this summer.

I'll be making 2200/month, which is 800/mo more than I currently make. That's pretty good considering I won't have any bills besides loans. Maybe I can save up for a truck now.
Anyways, I will keep this updated. I think Ryan is coming down this weekend; we might go up to the gorge to hang out for the day on Saturday... should be a good time!
