Waste of a trip...
That vacation was anything but...
The first part went wonderfully and even had a good time on New Year's Eve...
However... Nothing was really organized when I got down there, so I didn't get to see even half of the people that I wanted to see and to top things off... I awoke on 1/1/07 with a 107 degree fever and a nice case of the flu that laid my ass out for the remainder of my time in Phoenix.
So, here I am, back in CO now, still coughing and sore and I have to be back to work tomorrow (with snow in the forecast) and whatever...
Yeah... Long story short, I really could have gone without the trip to Phoenix because hardly anything got accomplished and it wasn't really worth the illness.
Off to a beautiful start, new year. Of course, no where to go but up from this point.
