Well, the weekend is almost over, but that's okay. On Friday I came home from work and Jason had also just come home. On Thursday I had cleaned out my car and so I was planning on vaccuming the interior but that didn't happen because it was starting to get dark. So Alicia came over and we made dinner, watched the new season of some show, I believe it was the Power of 10 followed by Don't Forget the Lyrics while waiting for Tony to come home. We played Risk when he got here and Jason took over the world. On Saturday Jason and I woke up at around 10 am and he left to pick up the DVR box and I went outside to vaccuum, wash, and wax my car. I was just finishing up when he came home. My goal then was to clean out the spare bedroom but we decided to give Sam Adams a bath instead. That led to Jason and I getting into a fight with the hose. I think that I won in the ended because he retreated. Haha. Well there was a case lot sale at the Post Pavilion that Alicia and I wanted to check out since Tony was going to be gone at the Eastern Shore doing some stuff for an auxilary branch of the Air Force. I was really hungry and so was Jason so we all went to Panera Bread for a late lunch and then to the case lot sale. I honestly didn't think we were going to get anything but we did and it made me feel good because I like being stocked up on things. I'm definitely not one of those people who is okay with waiting until it runs out and running to the store to get it. Jason is really starting to embrace that idea and he even pointed out a couple of things he knew that he needed. We got all the way home and realized that we didn't figure out what we were having for dinner. Jason wanted to look at an external hard drive and a new wireless router first so we went to the PX. We ended up getting some cleaning supplies, Bailey's and Arbor Mist wines. Finally we went to the Commissary and though I thought I got most of what I needed for this week with Jason gone, I did not so I may have to go back soon. It's really just that I'm out of asparagus and I've had quite the little love affair with that today. But for dinner Alicia knew how to make this cauliflower bake that's really like a twiced bake potato and it was damn good. We had steak and king crab legs, and aspargus. Everyone else had pudding for desert but I don't like it so I obstained. The sink started leaking when we were cooking but Tony came by and fixed it after we had already called Picerne but then we found out that the pipe that the hose and the washer runs on is backed up so he told us not to use our washer until Monday or Tuesday when they could send someone back to fix the problem. So finally I will be having them fix the 1 million other issues in the house also. After dinner we watched this crazy show about animals doing crazy things, mostly violent things. Part of it happened because people were negligent or forced the animals to do things, and it was really sickening. Then we watched solitary which is also a crazy tv show. Finally we played another game of Risk, with me winning this time. We hung out for a bit longer, played a family guy trivia game, Tony and Alicia went home, and I started planning my meals this week so I can officially be back on Weight Watchers. I've kind of plateaued, only losing 0.2 pounds over the last few weeks. I am hoping to lose a good amount of weight when Jason is gone. It's really helpful that Tony is also on a diet and Alicia knows a lot of recipes to make really good things. I have a lot broader selection to choose from now and that's partially because I'm more open to trying new things. I figure that even though Jason is leaving for Afghanistan if I don't eat something Tony and Alicia might so even if we bought it we can give it to someone who will eat it or use it in some way and it won't go to waste. I finally went to sleep at about 0245, and I woke up at about 0830 but I don't remember what time I got out of bed. Jason went downstairs to take care of Sam and such and came back up and we were just cuddling and talking for a while. It's getting harder and harder as the deployment nears. He's gone for the last TDY before he leaves. I know I can be on my own, I try to believe that he'll be alright but with any deployment, the soldier comes back different in some way. Last time he communicated less with me and we're just now fixing it. I don't want to lose that so let's just hope this time he will learn the value of important communication and he will want to communicate more when he comes home. But anyway, I woke up and did some homework. Most of it is done, but I can't find a couple of the books that I need which really stinks. None of that stuff is due today though, so it doesn't really matter. Well, I think I'm going to go eat lunch now since I haven't eaten that much today.
