I completely understand your fervor. I know that so often we are desensitized to what is actually happenging because we see it everyday: it becomes so commonplace. I admit that even I have become so accustomed to this vile world that I lose focus. We are all guilty of it. I suppose I could point out (As I did on the phone) that a major factor in IT ALL is LOVE. The fact that compassion can be our greatest weapon, but I agree that even too much focus on compassion can weaken a person. There DOES have to be an element of boldness in our Christian walk, or we're missing the point. Look at the martyrs who lost their lives for such purposes as if only to tell people they need to change!!! Our society is lax, it is disgusting and permissive; just caution though, that if we become as close-minded as the people we are trying to reach, we're just going to end up butting heads. It would provoke non-Christians EVEN MORE against Christianity.

I think this message you posted was SO important. This should be a passion Christians should live with everyday, if nothing less than feeling pain for those who are decieved and showing them kindness. That is God's love and His mercy. Kudos, Jon. You have hit the nail on the head. This makes me see even how complacent I have been in spreading the love of Christ.

Thanks you, Leah, I know every revelation still has other stipulations and additions that are needed to keep it complete as a whole, and I know that many times I do forget some key principles. So I thank you for helping me and pointing out that love is one of the main points.

Love is important, the whole principle of caring drives home the point that we need to speak out. It is because we care that we need to reach people, if we didn't care, we wouldn't even try.

I love you for supplementing what I forget to address. Thank you.
