Studio
After 2 weeks of cleaning, tearing out old dirty carpet, sanding floors, finishing floors, and cleaning again---we can start moving in this week. I took the money Rick gave me for Christmas and bought shelves, two tables, and a lamp. I still need a chair but am not in a hurry, I am currently sitting on my new exercise ball and am thinking it is a GREAT chair--may use the ball for a while. We have a lounge room downstairs that Jord and Nate have set up a TV with game system--the other three ladies insisted my boys feel at home there so I could work. Today is the first day that I have not gone into the studio to work.
The first two things to go to the studio were
1)the rock Brooke painted for me this summer with my name on (thanks Brooke)
2)the WAY COOL green chair Brenda gave me for Christmas--one of my studio mates asked that I "will" it to her--so I am. Our kitchen is green and three of use had versions of green chairs to add to out group room. (thanks Brenda)
We got out of school early on Thursday and all day Friday for sickness--influenza--we haven't had any troubles in our home so we headed to Mitchell to get my studio stuff Friday afternoon--Rick too!!!
