Studio
As of 6:30 tonight I am 1/4 renter of a studio in the wonderful town of Springview. We have a quaint little house where we each have a room to set up as our own art studio. I get the dining room. We will go in and clean Saturday and move our tables etc in during the week. We only looked at two houses after realizing that the auditorium would be way out of line to heat and cool. All four of us fell in love with this house. It is only one house off from the main street/highway that goes through town, so if we decide to open a gallery too the location is functional. Rent is only $125 per month--we are feeling like art queens tonight. The lot has a wonderful front yard that will house a garden of sculptures.
