Silence

So much silence

Noise all around

But it's so silent

Keep turning on the radio

The TV, fan

Anything to drown out the silence

It doesn't work

It's so loud but also so silent

Try to speak louder

But the silence only drowns it out

Silence won't go away

But it will get softer

Just got to remember

You can't drown out silence

This was supposed to be for a friend but ended up being for her, for anyone who lost someone.  But especially to the fans and family of Suicide Silence.

Seeing nothing

Seeing everything

Voices and thoughts twirl through the air

No one notices it seems

Yet everyone does at the same time

Good and bad

Laughter and sadness

Frowns and smiles

In a split second

Lives change

Decisions are made

Stare into space

See the past, your future

See all, see nothing

I wonder what it fell like with no emotion
To go through life not feeling a thing
To be so emotionless nothing could phase you
St and there and not even cry or scream
As everything goes wrong that can/could go wrong
People just stand
Crying, screaming, and more
But they don’t react
Just go and stay
Emotionless
