How can I pay bills when I got no $? If someone has no $ because it's all gone, paying other bills/etc how can they be in the wrong? What can they do when they have no way of paying? 

So I ordered both Cobra starship and the cab...a lot of $ but totally worth it. Limited for cobra and sergeant for the cab.
