Reviews on Stories and etc.
This is just my opinion. You can ignore if you like.
I don't get why people ask for reviews. I don't get why they would set a certain amount of reviews before doing another chapter. I understand that an author wants people to like their work, I do also, but to make someone review just to get another chapter? That is a bit to much. Some people don't review til the end of a story, or in case of WIP, when they are still waiting months or years, but every chapter asking for a certain amount?
I will just be happy with reviews. Why make a certain amount? It's not going to help if your work sucks and you don't do anything to improve it. Just let them, the readers and reviewers, write whenever they want. As long as the Flames aren't to bad, I don't care.
Tell me how to improve. Tell me why I need to do this or that. Tell me what you liked about it or didn't like about. Just don't say you didn't like it, tell me why.
I won't set a review limit ever. If I do I apologize ahead of time. I personally think they are stupid. But if there is a good reason why I like to know. So please tell me.
