In perusing cake recipes I came across the following frosting ingredient list. I've bolded the part to notice:

Ingredients for frosting
6 tablespoons (80 g) butter
7 oz (200 g) semisweet chocolate (40-60% cocoa)
2 eggs (salmonella-free)
7 oz (200 g) icing sugar (confectioner's sugar)

Just made me chuckle.

When the oven gets to over 500 degrees, the parchment paper does indeed burn...

...and so do the cookies. :(

Not to worry though, the next three sheets came out just fine.
