hello, friend.
Well I've been a little skimpy on posting. Bad me, so: catch-up.
Uhm... work got busy, then busier. Meetings were had while things were written and discussions discussed. 1,2,3,4 new things went out while two thing were presented to new people and 1 (or more) things were presented to people we already knew.
Deep breath.
Took half a day and then a full day off for recreational purposes (daylight!) and then we're back at it again.
In the mean time...
Sophers has decided that walking is an OK exercise when the time is right. Two steps, some times six or more. Walk like a zombie or frankenstein: uuuuuuuuuuunnnnnnnnnn. Mobile, very mobile. Visited with friends and their daughter. Was nice (and so was Kris) while Dave and I went for a surf (cold).
And most recently....
Fixed a table (do NOT lean on the coffee tables, especially the delicate looking ones) so not quite wobbly anymore then finished baseboards and tonight all-but-one piece of quarter round in the studio. Kris has pulled another load of **** from storage and we're trying to understand why we kept it. Yard sale coming up in April. Crap for everyone.
Let's look to the future!
Chill for a couple weeks (time to get caught up and b r e a t h e ) then ramping up to crazy time if we get the nod. Actually we're waiting for... let's see... two nods and two confirmations right now. Great time to be alive-ish. Looking at heading west possibly at the end of the month for one thing or the other so Kris and Sophie are fair game for camping/road trip/visitation, although I will curse you. Suck.
Oh, and I'm expecting a visit from the (used) farkle fairy. Pics to follow.
