Luckily.... I was able to pick up many xtra hours this weekend. 8.5 on saturday alone.
However it has been a HELL weekend so far!!!!
The weekend is the worst. Call, after call, after call. All problems....all very hard calls. NONSTOP all day!!!!!
Yesterday every call took FOREVER, which killed my stats and put me way under for the day.
Today I come in and find out we no longer have SABRE for windows, but are switching to MYSABRE which is a horrible tool to work with. It is painful to use.
Not only that....they cant get me into MYSABRE, they somehow cancelled out my sign in, and there is not one on with administrative clearance who can fix the problem.
That puts me in purely Apollo (the system I just learned) all day (8hrs) on our busiest day of the week. Ontop of that, their system for training on a new system...is to teach the basics and then tell you to go into your strong system (SABRE) for everything else.
To check fares, change fees, calcultions. Well, I dont have sabre so it is like working blind. Talk about stress. And, the one system is killing my stats, espeicall since this is a big day for disney, fox, espn, abc etc...and they are all sabre. Not every agt can take those calls because they are VIP accounts...I am usually only in those accounts on Sunday!
Ah...just got word to call Matt at home at 10am to correct the situation, at least they are trying....
This job is killing me.
