Drove this twice yesterday:
St. Cloud, MN to Cedar Rapids, IA. I think it was around 700 miles rt.
Except, I didn't drive. I was in the backseat of a very squished truck cab with an awesome driver. Left at 8:45am Saturday, got back at 7:45am Sunday. AFAIK, all the actual snow was done by last night, this is what's leftover due to crazy high "blizzard-strength" winds causing whiteouts in Iowa and massive ice on the roads in Minnesota. Or, as the MNDot site says: Driving conditions are hazardous, travel is not advised, drifting snow, packed snow, packed snow patches, slippery, icy patches, plowed snow. (One sentence, seven commas!)
