"That was so terrible, I think you gave me cancer!"

Twilight was really, really bad. And it made me sick again.

I still went to the midnight show since I'd already shelled out for the ticket. I was actually starting to drift off at midnight, so good thing the movie started.

I felt relatively OK last night, say 7 out of 10, but after the movie, I'm down to a 5. (It's possible that I had too much nacho cheese at the theater.) I came in to work today though, since I'd pretty much feel like a total slack-ass if I did a midnight show but didn't show up at work the day before or after. Like when you're home sick from school and Mom says no TV all day. I haven't thrown up since Wednesday night anyway.

The audience was full of screaming teenagers. (I think the scream for Carlyle was louder than for Edward though, which, weird.) They still laughed, though, when the ~*sparkling*~ was revealed (the girls behind me said to each other, "that looks really stupid"), and at several other *~tender~* moments between Edward and Bella. Which, not good, movie-wise.

Non-ironic things I liked: The score. (Will be downloading when I get home.) The vampire baseball. Most of the supporting cast. And when the theater manager came in about 11:40 to eliminate open spaces and said "This movie has sold out, though I don't know why."
