I am so Confused

I applied for two internships in Washington, DC. One was with the Department of Justice--Antitrust Division, and the other with the Congressional Budget Office. Both said in their internship descriptions that the programs were open to College Juniors and Seniors. Last night, I was rejected by the Department of Justice due to a high number of Ph. Here's what you need to do. Since they already said no, you have nothing to lose. You CALL them... telephone... no email okay. And you ask them what the deal is, if there was some kind of MISCOMMUNICATION (use this word, v. important) bc you were under the impression that it was open to juniors and seniors and therefore should not be shut out compared to grad students. The whole point of an internship is to offer ppl some opportunities to learn about what they do, and pHD students would be too qualified, cocky, and know-it-all.

Next, you call state farm and ask if they are offering u a job, and then ask if they always take that long to respond to their customers, and if so, they definitely need you in there.
