Quick Recap
So the last 6 weeks went a little like this:
The Green Day show was awesome and amazing. Pictures to come eventually.
The trip to AZ was great. Sedona is beautiful. My sister and I had a lot of fun on the Pink Jeep tour, the Grand Canyon sunset tour, and watching the Perseids meteors. Hoover Dam was ridiculously hot, so we didn't stay long. Las Vegas was fun, and it was nice to see my sister's friend and hang out at the Aria hotel pool. Again pictures to come eventually.
I was pretty busy at work, so I didn't have much time for my parents when they visited. We had fun at the zoo one day and got to see the spectacle bear cubs. Once more, pictures to come eventually.
The belly dance show went really well even though I messed up one part. I moved up to the next level performance class for December, so that will be fun.
The Cowboy Mouth show was great even though they've replaced their bassist again. I think this is their 10th or 11th bassist over 20 years.
The Bouncing Souls show was also great. They are so much fun to dance to.
Brooke and I went to the Maryland Renfaire and enjoyed ourselves very much. I got new boots that are knee-high and lace-up and way more money than I ever thought I would spend on shoes, but I love them. We ran into friends right before we left that had been there the entire time we were. We just didn't run into them for 4 hours. We need to plan better next time.
