Fly By
So I managed to miss the entire month of June, posting wise. Let's just say I did some stuff, and it was pretty cool.
At the very end of this page, the pictures from the 9:30 Club's 30th Anniversary party start. Except for Dave Grohl and Henry Rollins, I hadn't heard of most of the other performers. They were all pretty amazing though.
Here are the pictures I took from our most recent New York trip. It's mostly pictures from the Sunday we spent at Flushing Meadows.

Anyway, I flying out in a couple hours to go home for my mom's 60th birthday party. Since she asked for no presents, I donated to Braveheart in her name. She volunteers there once a week, and I think they do really good work.
I haven't been home since Christmas, and I'll get to see a ton of family all at once at the party. Also, I will have a fun get together with some people from high school. There will be adorable kittens! I'm flying back Monday evening and back to work on Tuesday. Please consider this as to where in the responsible adult cycle I am right now. (Hint: I have just cleaned.)
Now, off to put on shoes and double check my bag before heading to the airport. Have a great 4th, a happy Canada Day, and/or a fun weekend! Try to not incur any fireworks related injuries!
