Bill strolled through the graveyard between his home and the home of Sookie Stackhouse as he made his way over to her estate. His plan for the evening was to call upon her and possible take her out for a walk. He was simply enchanted with the girl, and he couldn't quite put his finger on exactly why. Was it because she was a mind reader? That couldn't be it, though. While it was an intriguing ability, she couldn't read his thoughts, which he couldn't help but feel relieved about. It could possibly be because he couldn't glamour her. That couldn't be the only reason, but he was sure it was one of them. He had never met a human that he couldn't glamour before. He hadn't realized they existed. However, he had been proven wrong by Miss Sookie.
There were other things about her as well that he found interesting. She seemed like such an alive person in such a little town. Most people in this town seemed resigned to their fate of living here for the rest of their lives, and some sort of light had died within them, even if they were happy both outwardly and inwardly. Sookie still had that light inside of her that made her shine brightly in his mind. What made her light shine brightly was something that he wanted to find out.
The fact that she was a beautiful young woman didn't hurt his interest, either, though.
He walked through the cemetery and slowly made his way to her home that she shared with her grandmother. She also seemed like a lovely woman. Someone that he would like to get to know as well, but purely on a friendly level. He walked up the porch of the Stackhouse home and knocked on the door. He was sure that this was a night that Sookie had off from Merlottes, but he hoped that she hadn't decided to go out for the night.
