second real day of vacation
Wake up, eat breakfast. More conversation with additional new people, planning and some confusion about the room. Then, bundle up and go out driving. Hit the museum, see lots of stuff. Including a pretty amazing immersive geophysical data visualization. Lunch at a rustic sandwich joint, and then to the ice park.
We were at the ice park for hours and hours, and I'm too pooped to try to explain the awesomeness of what we saw there. Instead, I'll share a couple of today's pictures:
We had planned on going out skywatching again tonight, but it's really overcast, and we're tired, and the bed is warm.
